Grimaldi Public Relations was tasked with generating customer awareness for one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in Chicago. 4 Star owns and operates several restaurants, including Smoke Daddy, Crosby's Kitchen, Dunlay's, Frasca, D.O.C Wine Bar, Remington's, The Windsor, Ella Elli and Tuco and Blondie. By starting with a hyperlocal PR approach that eventually grew to regional focus, GPR helped 4 Star restaurants become some of the most well-known and frequently visited restaurants in Chicagoland.
